Description
Working within the Dedicated WUIB Compliance operations team, responsible for Western Union online and prepaid customers (in Europe) identification, as well, as a team, responsible for online transactions fraud monitoring and wu.com related subpoenas processing. The purpose of this role is to provide support and expertise to online & prepaid customers identification function. The role requires the Administrator to ensure that KYC checks and other functional responsibilities are performed according to WU and WUIB policies/operating instructions.
Key Accountabilities:
- Online services users’ KYC checks
- WUIB prepaid card holders KYC and PEP checks
- Opening and maintenance of customer data (including ID details) files
- Customer support in relation to the identification process: information enquiries and complaints handling
- Intense communication with CSC colleagues
- Online transactions fraud monitoring
Qualifications:
- Fluent French (essential) and English
- High accuracy and attention to details
- Experience of working in large organizations
- Customer oriented: passionate with a natural desire for continuous improvement of customer experience
- Proactive, independent individual with the ability to focus on the task at hand and achieve results by being methodical, able to work under pressure
- Team player
- Trustworthy and reliable
