SERVICE DESK ANALYST (FRENCH, GERMAN or SPANISH)

For our growing office in Vilnius, we are now hiring fluent speakers of French, German or Spanish language to work as Service Desk Analysts. After a comprehensive introductory training you will work in a team supporting corporate IT systems for various clients around Europe. This unique opportunity will allow you to develop highly demanded expertise in a professional and friendly work environment.
SERVICE DESK ANALYST (FRENCH, GERMAN or SPANISH),
based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
• Supporting computer users and deal with a range of different incidents or requests to meet personal computer needs.
• Providing recommendation of solutions and resolution of problems across a variety of IT platforms.
• Assisting with computer studies, projects, and implementation of policies throughout area of assignment.
• Logging and tracking requests, maintaining history records.
• Understanding computerized data entry systems and using these systems to track activities.
• Working closely with other team members and supporting teams in resolving open issues.
• Daily communication with customers via phone and email.
REQUIREMENTS FOR YOU:
• Very good French, German or Spanish language skills.
• Strong customer focus, willingness to support.
• Good English language skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Good general communication skills.
• Good analytical problem solving skills.
• Strong enthusiasm and desire to learn.
• and .. positive attitude.
TRAININGS:
CSC will provide you with full training including on boarding and technical.
If you haven’t done IT work before, but you’re a natural at customer service and know your way around a PC, we’ll give training to get you up and running in a new career. For those already experienced in IT Support and comfortable with various desktop and browser platforms, a move to CSC will broaden your range and open new doors for the future.
