Job description
Position Description
Job Purpose:
The Quality Analyst position is a key role to ensure that the service that the Vilnius Shared Services Centre provides is fit for purpose, and is consistent with and meets both external and internal requirements, including legal compliance and customer expectations. The Quality Analyst has responsibility to monitor and advises on Quality Management framework performance, produces data and reports to measure against set standards so as to provide information to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain oversight on project delivery team planning and support for key Quality deliverables, ensure these teams apply the appropriate quality measures and achieve the right outcomes;
Support the Sofia operation in the training and mentoring of six-sigma teams;
Support the Internal Quality Audit team - ensures there is an annual audit schedule based on the QMS requirements, and that actions from Quality Audits are completed;
Train the organization on generic problem-solving techniques and quality methods, so as to position the operation for continual improvement;
Support Quality Manager to oversight and to ensure that all processes have approved quality review programs (e.g., rational sampling size, quality review workflow and methodology, established calibration program, quality review SLAs and metrics, quality review reports);
Liaise with Project Managers to ensure all quality deliverables for each migration is in place prior to project completion - communicate regularly with Business Partners in on Quality matters;
Participate in the process of goal setting and self-assessment of the results achieved
Research, review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes – draft and communicate process improvement opportunity assessment reports;
Communicate process changes, enhancements, and modifications – verbally or through written documentation – to management, peers, staff, and other employees so that issues and solutions are understood;
Work closely with the Project Manager and project team to ensure the project plan is executed to standard;
Provide guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members;
Serve the clients and employees of the centre in accordance with the established standards for work, incl. meets the requirements of all internal instructions, connected to the level and quality of the service. Ensure consistency, accuracy and quality of customer service;
Strictly comply the stipulated obligations and terms in accordance with signed service level agreements for servicing other functional units within the company (SLA);
Perform assigned short-term and long-term goals;
Strictly adhere to all internal acts, rules and policies of the employer; Internal Work Regulations, Code of Conduct, Employee Handbook of the company and the applicable law;
Exercise his/her duties with care and take care of the mobile and immobile property used in the performance of his/her duties;
Travel in country and abroad, when is necessary for the performance of duties;
Participate in seminars, workshops and conferences where is considered necessary by the management;
Participate in the process of goal setting and self-evaluation of the achieved results. Comply with deadlines for courses required in the platform "Talent connection";
Participate in the periodic medical health checks, organized by the Employer;
Maintain and store customer information in accordance with internal instructions and the law;
Perform other specifically set by the employer assignments.
Organigram :
The position of Quality Analyst is directly subordinated to the Quality Manager; in performing his/her employment duties, he/she establishes organizational relations and relationships with persons from all departments of the Shared Services Center.

Position Requirements
Requirements:
Education
High school degree or higher in Technology, Science, Business or a related field of study
Certification (i.e. Six Sigma, CBAP) is a plus
Working experience
Preferably with prior experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment with responsibility for process analysis in support of process migrations and / or improvement;
Language Skills
Fluent in French and English
PC skills
Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications;
Personal skills
Proven excellent analytical, communication, and report writing skills;
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills;
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills;
Logical and efficient, with keen attention to details;
Highly self-motivated and directed;
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure;
Willingness to travel Internationally
Excellent customer service skills;
Ability to perform functions as required in the nature and scope of position;
Ability to be a team player, yet work independently when required;
Good reputation in society and lack of any connections in the public space with illegal activities such as terrorism, drug trafficking, arms trafficking or human trafficking;
Lack of entries in the lists kept by governments and/or international organizations and providing information about persons with whom for the financial institutions it is forbidden to have commercial (business) relationships (such as terrorists, drug traffickers, arms traffickers);
Clean criminal record and lack of effective sentences for indictable offenses
