IT USER SUPPORT SPECIALIST (FRENCH)
The role is to provide a first class IT User Support service to clients and any related third parties, assisting them with software problems via phone, email and Intranet.
Core Duties:
Provide first line technical support answering support queries via phone, email and web;
Apply technical knowledge and experience to understand, document, and begin customer resolution process;
Efficiently and accurately log all issues and requests on the call logging system;
Maintain all call lifecycles ensuring calls are regularly updated and contain valid and up-to-date information.
Requirements:
Very good French and English language skills;
IT related experience or big interest in IT and eagerness to learn;
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks;
Strong communication skills.
