Description
Consults with users to assist in determining hardware, software, or system specifications.
Modifies systems and/or programs based on user and system specifications.
Assists in designing, developing, testing and implementing technical solutions for business applications.
Programs test scripts.
Evaluates and integrates new hardware configurations and provides support of client technologies on workstations and peripherals.
Supports Windows, MacOS workstations and various smart mobile devices.
Responds to work requests regarding installation, configuration and/or maintenance of client software and the deployment of new technology releases, performing new PC installations, troubleshooting, and software repair.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of MS Office, MS Windows and Active Directory
Knowledge of mobile smart device
Fluent English
Proficient second European language
Strong knowledge of Mac OS in enterprise environment (advantage)
BigFix (advantage)
SharePoint administration (advantage)
Juniper SSL VPN (advantage)
