Job Summary:
This position has the responsibility for providing Support for Customers, Agents and/or Service Associates, performing high complexity duties, with high level of technical/business knowledge related with Western Union compliance programs.
On-line/Off-line specialist day to day activity is related to the money transfers where further investigation is needed by specialist over the phone/e-mail or other off-line used applications.
This position will spend approximately 40% of the time on the phone and 60% off-line working with the transactions.
Requirement:
· Be fluent in English and, in addition, in French.
· Enjoy being on the phone with customers
· Have outstanding verbal, written and listening skills
· Have customer service experience
· Be analytical, reactive and attentive to details
· Can multitask and work independently
· Have college degree or equivalent
